TT-Star Portable Compressor System Personal Cool Mist Nebulizer is a perfect choice for the treatment of respiratory conditions like asthma, cystic fibrosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or other conditions in which it becomes difficult to breathe. The machine provides effective and immediate relief to a patient. The nebulizer turns liquid medication into a fine mist that is easily inhaled by a patient. This compressor machine is suitable for adults and children.

The package includes the main machine, 1 tubing, 1 adult mask, 1 kid mask, 5 air sponges, and 1 mouthpiece.

Benefits of this system include a virtually noiseless operation (sound level is less than 60 dB), which ensures you receive treatment in a quiet and relaxed environment; a small size of the device, which allows you to take it with anywhere. It’s easy to use this TT-Star nebulizer since it has one button operation. Besides, it comes with a handle and a stable non-slip base, which makes its use even more convenient.

The machine produces very small particles so medication will fully get into the lings instead of being absorbed by the mouth cavity. This will make your treatment more effective.

This device can be used for albuterol, ipratroprium bromide and other medication prescribed by a doctor. This is a long-term use nebulizer, which has a very sturdy air tube and a well-designed mouthpiece. But remember that the nebulizer is intended for single patient use.

The machine comes with 2 storage containers: for the power cord and for accessories that are built right into the device, which saves space and adds convenience. Another advantage is that all accessories are reusable and the tubing connection is standard.

The included mouthpiece wastes less medication than many other models. The thing is that it has a much smaller air exhaust hole, and when inhaling the cool mist through your mouth and exhaling through your nose, very little medication is wasted. So you can get as much medication as possible. The medication chamber is also well-designed, too.

How to use TT-Star Portable Compressor System Personal Cool Mist Nebulizer:

  1. Wash your hands properly with soap, place the device on a flat and stable surface;
  2. Open the sponge cover and put it the sponge;
  3. Open the cup, add your medication to it, close the cup. Make sure it’s closed tightly. Otherwise, the medicine will simply leak out;
  4. Attach air tube to the air tube connector;
  5. Attach a mouthpiece or a mask to the cup;
  6. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet. At this stage, the power switch should be at “OFF” status;
  7. Press ON button to begin the procedure;
  8. Breath deeply, try to hold your breath for 2-3 seconds after every inhalation you make. Continue inhaling until the medication has been fully used.

It’s important to change filters when necessary. Change a filter if it seems dirty or lost its color. Check your filters every month. Do not use a dirty filter as it can make your machine malfunction.

Keep in mind that this model requires charging while in use.

This machine worked quickly and I prefer it over others I have used. But! I can’t find replacement parts. I need the specific medicine receptacle that came with it because it has a piece in it that others don’t have. I’m about to trash it and get another brand. I use the Flyp when I’m away from home. Works great but you do have to clean the mesh immediately after each use.

I purchased this exact nebulizer less than two years ago. It failed catastrophically last week. The paperwork with the unit said the “use life” would be five years(!). At failure the unit sounded like a cement mixer that was grinding gravel. I suspect part of the pump drive broke off. I cut the power cord off and threw it into the trash. I searched on line for a way to contact the manufacturer. I got one line of chinese characters. Don’t make the same mistake I made in buying this nebulizer from TTstar.
